At just 19, I moved to Australia in 2019 to study English and build a new life. While supporting myself through my studies, I began working in the beauty industry. What started as a way to earn extra income soon became a passion and the beginning of something much bigger.

As my clientele grew, I struggled to find products in Australia that could consistently deliver the results I wanted. I began importing professional treatments from Brazil, but I knew there was an opportunity to create something better: a formula designed specifically for Australia's diverse climate, multicultural community and wide range of hair types.

That vision took me to Brazil, where I worked closely with an experienced cosmetic chemist. For an entire year, we tested and refined different formulations, developing a treatment that was versatile, stable in changing temperatures, gentle on the hair and capable of delivering exceptional results across almost every hair type.

In 2024, Silk Professional was born with the launch of our signature Gel Nanoplasty. My partner, Ben Andriotis, supported me throughout the entire journey. His guidance and involvement in the business side of Silk Professional helped transform my vision into a strong, sustainable company.

Today, Silk Professional has grown into a complete collection of premium Nanoplasty, Hair BTX and haircare formulas. Every product is shaped by real salon experience and developed by someone who understands the realities of working behind the chair.

I am also the founder of Nanoplasty Melbourne, Melbourne's #1 specialist Nanoplasty salon, where our team has transformed the hair of more than 1,000 clients. The salon is more than a business, it is where we continue to listen, learn and understand what professionals and their clients truly need.
