At Silk Professional, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping information carefully before placing an order.

Order processing

Orders are processed during business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Shipping within Australia

We currently ship orders Australia-wide.

Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, public holidays, and other factors outside of our control.

Silk Professional is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect delivery details, weather events, public holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect shipping details

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.

Silk Professional is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@silkprofessional.com.au. 

We will do our best to update the details before dispatch, however, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Lost, stolen or delayed parcels

Once an order has been dispatched and tracking has been provided, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the shipping carrier.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

Damaged or leaking items during delivery

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@silkprofessional.com.au.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • A description of the issue

Claims will be reviewed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

International shipping

At this stage, Silk Professional primarily ships within Australia.
